Our company provides a full range of legal services in connection with all aspects of company matters.

We assist our clients in the establishment of Hungarian business entities with drafting the necessary corporate documents, representing the new company in the registration procedures.

Besides the establishment of new companies we have also gained great experience in merger and acquisition cases. We have regularly performed financial, operational and qualitative due diligence of target companies, evaluated the management of target companies and structured acquisitions.

In reorganizations we regularly represent lenders advising them on structuring and perfecting security on real and personal property in Hungary and in reorganizing problem loans.

In green field investments we generally advise clients on - among others - the location and purchase of real estate, negotiate and draft the real estate purchase and sale agreement, manage the rezoning of the land if necessary, negotiate and draft the turn-key construction agreement, negotiate with local authorities, cooperate in the building and licensing procedure, arrange for all licenses necessary for the existence and the activity of the new facility.

Our office developed a substantial experience in privatization cases as well during the 1990's, when this issue played an important economic role.

We also assist in the establishment of Hungarian off-shore companies, which enjoy considerable tax advantages.

We also represent our clients successfully in eventual liquidation, bankruptcy or civil law procedures.
